- 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
- Trim your chicken breasts of any fat and cut them into 1-inch, nugget sized pieces.
- Mix together bread crumbs (or almond flour), parmesan cheese, salt, an Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, pour in the Buffalo hot sauce and melted butter and whisk them energetically to combine.
- Dip your chicken pieces into the hot sauce and butter combination and then roll them around in the breadcrumb or almond flour mixture until they are well coated.
- Place your chicken nuggets onto a greased baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until they are browned and cooked through.
