7-ingredient baked buffalo chicken tenders are perfect for game day snacking or a weeknight dinner. Dip in ranch dressing, blue cheese, or homemade bleu cheese sauce!


  • 2 to 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Buffalo Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter melted


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Trim your chicken breasts of any fat and cut them into 1-inch, nugget sized pieces.
  3. Mix together bread crumbs (or almond flour), parmesan cheese, salt, an Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  4. In another bowl, pour in the Buffalo hot sauce and melted butter and whisk them energetically to combine.
  5. Dip your chicken pieces into the hot sauce and butter combination and then roll them around in the breadcrumb or almond flour mixture until they are well coated.
  6. Place your chicken nuggets onto a greased baking sheet and bake them in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes until they are browned and cooked through.
