15-Minute Garlic Butter Chicken

Description

A quick and easy garlic butter chicken recipe that is perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp oil

8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, and salt in a bowl to create the seasoning blend.
  2. Season each chicken thigh liberally with the seasoning blend to create a mild and delicious crust.
  3. Heat up a little bit of oil in a non-stick ceramic pan and add the chicken thighs to the pan with the seasoning side down. Cook for about four to five minutes or until golden and crispy before flipping and cooking for another three minutes on the other side.
  4. Add two tablespoons of butter to the pan and let it melt before adding two cloves of minced garlic. Mix it all together until the chicken is coated in the delicious garlic butter.
  5. After 30 seconds to a minute of the garlic cooking, add a splash of chicken broth to the pan to help finish cooking the chicken. Spoon the mixture over the chicken so it is coated in garlicky buttery goodness.
  6. Serve the chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy this delicious and easy-to-make dinner
