  • ¼ Cup Butter

  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes.

  2. Place the potatoes in the instant pot.

  3. Cook on high pressure.

  4. Heat milk and butter.

  5. Release the pressure.

  6. Mash the potatoes.
