  • 5 oz. can tuna in water
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted & sliced
  • ½ cup English sliced cucumber
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley cilantro
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed


  1. In a large salad bowl, combine: sliced English cucumber, sliced avocado, thinly sliced red onion, drained tuna, and 2 Tbsp of fresh parsley cilantro

  2. Drizzle salad ingredients with 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 Tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper (or season to taste). Toss to combine and serve.
