Ingredients
4 pounds of chicken wings
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of paprika (smoked or regular)
2 teaspoons of ground pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Baking spray
A quarter cup of butter
Additional salt and spices to taste

- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a rimmed baking sheet with baking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, ground pepper, salt, and baking powder. This will be the spice rub for your chicken wings.
- Break down the chicken wings into drumettes and wingettes, discarding the wing tips. You can keep the wing tips for making chicken stock later if you wish.
