Ingredients

medium to large shallot, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 naval orange, sliced and diced or supremed
orange juice from 2 oranges (about 1/3 cup)
lemon juice from 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 to 7 ounces each)
Instructions
- Dice the shallot and mince the garlic.
- Remove the skin and slice the orange, or supreme the orange.
- Zest and juice another orange and add the lemon juice.
- Sauté the diced shallot and minced garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- Add the sliced orange, orange juice, lemon juice, and chicken breasts to the pan.
- Cook the chicken until fully cooked.
- Serve with a side of veggies and rice and drizzle the remaining honey citrus sauce all over everything.
