HOW TO MAKE KETO GRANOLA

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and we’re gonna get started the ingredients I’ve got are tahini, coconut flakes, walnuts, I have got pumpkin seeds, flax seeds we have mulberries, dried mulberries, we have dried strawberries. But we’ve got small, small quantities.

Monk fruit as a sweetener, Ceylon cinnamon, so delicious. Chia seeds, coconut oil, cocoa nibs, and of course my favorite collagen. We’ve got half a cup of tahini.

2 spoons of collagen powder, right, so you’re getting 20 grams of the collagen peptides and add a little bit more because I’m so in love with it Then you’re gonna add a tablespoon of our melted coconut oil and we’re gonna add about a teaspoon of our monk fruit so I just do a couple of pinches.

Next thing is one of my favorites, walnuts. We’ve got half a cup that we’re adding so you’re getting all of those good fats. You know how much I love you get those.

Next, are our pumpkin seeds (a third of a cup of pumpkin seeds). Pumpkin seeds have a lot of different nutrients so they’re incredibly healthy for both men and women.

They really support many of our organs and our good health.

Two tablespoons of flaxseed.

So again you’re getting your omega-3s and this has been ground.

Then we’re gonna add one teaspoon of the Ceylon cinnamon. Just so tasty, oh my gosh. This looks incredibly beautiful, not to mention it’s so delicious.

Next, we’re gonna add a third of a cup of coconut flakes right and you know you’re getting MCTS these are dried coconut flakes and then we’re gonna add a quarter of a cup of dried strawberries Because this serves 16 you don’t have to worry at all about going out of Keto.

Next, we’re gonna add 1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs, right. So these don’t have sugar in them these are the cocoa nibs and they have 710 compounds, the nutrients, they’re super nutrient-dense.

Then we’re gonna add our chia seeds we’re gonna add two tablespoons of chia.

oh my gosh, this is getting so good and we’re gonna end with our mulberries. We’re gonna add half a cup. So mulberries have got lots of antioxidants, they can be more difficult to find.

So don’t worry I want you to get creative with this. If you can’t find the exact ingredients you can use another ingredient.

You could be using other types of berries. So you’re gonna mix all up for two minutes, where everything is fully coated. Then you’ll put it on your little pan and it’s gonna go into the oven for 30 minutes. It’s that simple.

You’ve got your keto granola ready to go in the oven. Should we do it?

So now that we have our keto granola in the oven it’s gonna be baking and you can do whatever you want with it.

You can pair it with your breakfast in the morning if you want a little snack as you’re becoming fat-adapted, you’re getting more and more into keto.

it’s so nourishing it’s sweet because you’ve got the monk fruit and it really satiates and satisfies you so I can’t wait to hear all of your comments when you start making this Keto granola.

What I do is I wait for it to cool down a bit and then I’m gonna cut it up. You can store this in your fridge for up to 5 days.

So now I just took it out of the oven so it’s very warm and soft but normally you would let it cool off, which I’ll let it do.

Normally you’d let it cool off but I just want to show you how incredibly delicious this is. This is such delicious mouth-watering granola and because it’s based on seeds you’re getting the tahini which has the sesame seeds in it you’ve got the pumpkin seeds but then you also have flavors that you may not be used to eating which is like the mulberries.

Tips:

You’re getting antioxidant keto granola packed delicious dish like there’s nothing like this. This is actually one of our absolute favorites I highly recommend you try this.

It’s easy to make. Thirty to fifty-five minutes in the oven and that’s it. It’s so simple and what I love about this kind of food is you’re not making any compromises it is so delicious it tastes so good you just can’t get over the flavors and how nourishing it is how good it is for you.

But you would never know you’ll never be thinking about that and nor will anybody else in your family so this is your go-to keto granola.

So I hope you got inspired and loved this recipe as much as I do I just can’t stop eating it and I know you’ll feel the same way.
